Texas High School Basketball - Idalou winner over Breckenridge
December 29, 2022: Breckenridge, TX 76424 The Idalou Wildcats (Idalou, TX) basketball felled the host Breckenridge Buckaroos (Breckenridge, TX), 70-50 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Wildcats (12-7) will now prepare for their test against Garden City (Garden City, TX). The Bearkats go into the non-league test with a 8-3 record. In their last test, Garden City was beaten by Holliday (Holliday, TX), 57-44, in a non-league test.
The Buckaroos now own a 6-10 record. They play next when they travel to Eastland for a 3A Region I District 8 test on Tuesday, January 3. Breckenridge will encounter a Mavericks squad coming off a 50-35 non-league win over Eldorado (Eldorado, TX). The Mavericks record now stands at 11-7.
