Nebraska High School Basketball - Elmwood-Murdock can't hold off Concordia
December 29, 2022: Murdock, NE 68407 The Concordia Mustangs basketball squad scored 49 points and limited the host Elmwood-Murdock Knights to 43 in the Mustangs non-league win on Thursday.
With the win, Concordia upgrades its record to 6-1 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Gross Catholic (Omaha, NE) to clash with the Cougars in a non-league bout on Monday, January 2. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 4-3. Gross Catholic lost 59-55 in their recent non-league bout against Bishop Neumann (Wahoo, NE)
Next up, the Knights clash with the Sacred Heart Irish (Falls City, NE) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 3. Elmwood-Murdock will attempt to upgrade on its 5-3 season record. The Irish go into the bout with a 4-2 record after their 50-39 league win over Syracuse (Syracuse, NE).
