December 29, 2022: Decatur, TX 76234 The Peaster Greyhounds (Peaster, TX) basketball felled the host Decatur Eagles (Decatur, TX), 50-36 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Greyhounds (14-4) will now prepare for their test against Chapel Hill (Tyler, TX). The Bulldogs go into the non-league test with a 5-5 record. In their last test, Chapel Hill went down by Center (Center, TX), 44-36, in a league test.
The Eagles now own a 14-6 record. They play next when they host Lytle for a non-league test on Thursday, December 29. Decatur will encounter a Pirates squad coming off a 67-66 non-league win over LaPoynor (LaRue, TX). The Pirates record now stands at 16-3.
