Illinois High School Basketball - Evergreen Park topped by IC Catholic Prep
December 29, 2022: Elmhurst, IL 60126 The IC Catholic Prep Knights basketball team scored 73 points and restricted the visiting Evergreen Park Mustangs to 64 in the Knights non-league victory on Thursday.
The Knights now sport a 10-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Taft for a non-league contest on Friday, December 30. IC Catholic Prep will battle a Eagles team coming off a 65-60 non-league win over Christ the King (Chicago, IL). The Eagles record now stands at 11-4.
The Mustangs (10-6) will now prepare for their contest against Christ the King (Chicago, IL). The Gladiators come into the non-league contest with a 9-2 record. In their last contest, Christ the King was defeated by Taft (Chicago, IL), 65-60, in a non-league contest.
