Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Redding Christian Lions (Palo Cedro, CA) and the host Fall River Bulldogs (McArthur, CA), saw Redding Christian's basketball squad hold off Fall River by a count of 58-54.

With the victory, Redding Christian upgrades its record to 8-7 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Maxwell (Maxwell, CA) to play the Panthers in a non-league challenge on Thursday, January 5. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 6-3. Maxwell won 58-48 in their recent non-league challenge against Paradise Adventist Academy (Paradise, CA)
