In Thursday's non-league outing, the Farwell Steers (Farwell, TX) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Olton Mustangs (Olton, TX), by a margin of 61-35.

The Steers (13-4) will now prepare for their outing against Nazareth (Nazareth, TX). The Swifts go into the non-league outing with a 8-4 record. In their last outing, Nazareth smashed Clarendon (Clarendon, TX), 43-40, in a non-league outing.
