Minnesota High School Basketball - Forest Lake tops Richfield
December 29, 2022: Forest Lake, MN 55025 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Forest Lake Rangers (Forest Lake, MN) and the visiting Richfield Spartans (Richfield, MN), saw Forest Lake's basketball squad knock off Richfield by a tally of 52-44.
With the victory, Forest Lake improves its record to 1-5 on the campaign. The Rangers host Stillwater (Stillwater, MN) to play the Ponies in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 3. The Ponies come into the challenge with a record of 6-2. Stillwater won 64-60 in their recent non-league challenge against St. Cloud Tech (St. Cloud, MN)
Next up, the Spartans play the Cambridge-Isanti Bluejackets (Cambridge, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 30. Richfield will attempt to improve on its 2-5 season record. The Bluejackets come into the challenge with a 3-2 record after their 83-54 non-league loss to Hopkins (Minnetonka, MN).
