The Sylmar Spartans (Sylmar, CA) basketball knocked off the host Fremont Pathfinders (Los Angeles, CA), 86-73 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Spartans (6-8) will now prepare for their test against La Salle (Pasadena, CA). The Lancers go into the non-league test with a 5-9 record. In their last test, La Salle notched a victory over Kennedy (Granada Hills, CA), 55-44, in a non-league test.
