The Highland Park Giants basketball team scored 46 points and held the host Montini Catholic Broncos to 43 in the Giants non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Giants now sport a 4-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Maine East for a Central Suburban - North contest on Tuesday, January 10.

The Broncos (3-11) will now prepare for their contest against St. Edward (Elgin, IL). The Green Wave enter the non-league contest with a 9-8 record.
