Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Knoch ripped by Steel Valley
December 29, 2022: Munhall, PA 15120 The Steel Valley Ironmen basketball team scored 73 points and held the visiting Knoch Knights to 50 in the Ironmen non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Ironmen now sport a 3-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Our Lady of the Sacred Heart for a WPIAL 3A 2 bout on Friday, January 6.
Next up, the Knights play the Freeport Yellowjackets (Freeport, PA) in a WPIAL 4A 1 bout, on Tuesday, January 3. Knoch will attempt to upgrade on its 1-8 season record. The Yellowjackets come into the bout with a 7-2 record after their 50-43 non-league win over Obama Academy of International Studies (Pittsburgh, PA).
