South Carolina High School Basketball - Long Island Lutheran crushes Lancaster
December 29, 2022: Lancaster, SC 29720 Long Island Lutheran Crusaders (Brookville, NY) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Lancaster Bruins (Lancaster, SC), 76-50 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Long Island Lutheran upgrades its record to 7-2 on the season. The Crusaders travel to Bishop Walsh (Cumberland, MD) to play the Spartans in a Freelance bout on Thursday, January 5. The Spartans go into the bout with a record of 2-9. Bishop Walsh lost 64-46 in their recent non-league bout against Bishop McNamara (Forestville, MD)
Next up, the Bruins play the Richland Northeast Cavaliers (Columbia, SC) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, January 4. Lancaster will attempt to upgrade on its 12-1 season record. The Cavaliers go into the bout with a 7-6 record after their 52-35 non-league loss to Concord Academy (Concord, NC).
