Illinois High School Basketball - O'Fallon topped by MacArthur
December 29, 2022: O'Fallon, IL 62269 The MacArthur Generals basketball team scored 59 points and restricted the host O'Fallon Panthers to 51 in the Generals non-league victory on Thursday.
The Generals now sport a 13-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Belleville East for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 29. MacArthur will battle a Lancers team coming off a 49-40 non-league win over McCluer North (Florissant, MO). The Lancers record now stands at 11-0.
The Panthers (10-3) will now prepare for their contest against Belleville East (Belleville, IL). The Lancers come into the Southwestern contest with a 12-1 record. In their last contest, Belleville East prevailed over Rockford East (Rockford, IL), 82-54, in a non-league contest.
