Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Maret tops Moon Area
December 29, 2022: Moon Township, PA 15108 Maret Frogs (Washington, DC) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Moon Area Tigers (Moon Township, PA), 57-42 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Maret upgrades its record to 8-2 on the campaign. The Frogs travel to Highland (Warrenton, VA) to play the Hawks in a non-league bout on Friday, December 30. The Hawks come into the bout with a record of 10-2. Highland won 69-55 in their recent non-league bout against Varsity Opponent (, )
Next up, the Tigers play the Elizabeth Minutemen (Elizabeth, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 30. Moon Area will attempt to upgrade on its 3-4 season record. The Minutemen come into the bout with a 3-3 record after their 85-73 non-league loss to Hayfield (Alexandria, VA).
