The Miamisburg Vikings basketball team scored 63 points and held the visiting Xenia Buccaneers to 43 in the Vikings non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Vikings now sport a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Springboro for a Greater Western Ohio contest on Friday, January 6.

The Buccaneers (2-4) will now prepare for their contest against Beavercreek (Beavercreek, OH). The Beavers enter the non-league contest with a 2-5 record. In their last contest, Beavercreek was defeated by Northmont (Clayton, OH), 63-61, in a league contest.
