Georgia High School Basketball - Morgan County fells Whitefield Academy
December 29, 2022: Mableton, GA 30126 Morgan County Bulldogs (Madison, GA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Whitefield Academy WolfPack (Mableton, GA), 58-39 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Morgan County upgrades its record to 6-6 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Academy of Richmond County (Augusta, GA) to play the Musketeers in a AAA Region 4 bout on Friday, January 6. The Musketeers go into the bout with a record of 4-6. Academy of Richmond County won 60-49 in their recent non-league bout against Midland Valley (Graniteville, SC)
Next up, the WolfPack play the Mount Pisgah Christian Patriots (Johns Creek, GA) in a A D1 Region 6A bout, on Friday, January 13. Whitefield Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 1-16 season record.
