The Peninsula Panthers (Rolling Hills Estates, CA) basketball knocked off the host Valley View Eagles (Moreno Valley, CA), 57-44 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Panthers (9-5) will now prepare for their test against Santa Monica (Santa Monica, CA). The Vikings go into the Bay test with a 12-4 record. In their last test, Santa Monica went down by Portola (Irvine, CA), 54-52, in a non-league test.

The Eagles now own a 12-4 record. They play next when they travel to San Marino for a non-league test on Friday, December 30. Valley View will encounter a Titans squad coming off a 63-58 non-league loss to Pilibos (Los Angeles, CA). The Titans record now stands at 11-6.
