December 29, 2022: Plainville, CT 06062 The Sports & Medical Sciences Academy Tigers basketball team scored 71 points and restricted the host Plainville Blue Devils to 38 in the Tigers non-league victory on Thursday.
The Tigers now have a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Rocky Hill for a non-league match on Tuesday, January 3.
With the defeat, Plainville moves to 1-4 on the year. The Blue devils travel to Bristol Central (Bristol, CT) to meet the Rams in a Central Connecticut - West Colonial match on Tuesday, January 3. The Rams enter the match with a record of 2-3. Bristol Central won 46-32 in their recent non-league match against South Windsor (South Windsor, CT)
