Texas High School Basketball - Sulphur Springs tops Rowlett
December 29, 2022: Rowlett, TX 75088 Sulphur Springs Wildcats (Sulphur Springs, TX) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Rowlett Eagles (Rowlett, TX), 61-52 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Sulphur Springs upgrades its record to 18-5 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Anna (Anna, TX) to play the Coyotes in a non-league bout on Friday, January 6. The Coyotes come into the bout with a record of 6-7.
Next up, the Eagles play the Wylie East Raiders (Wylie, TX) in a 6A Region II District 9 bout, on Friday, January 6. Rowlett will attempt to upgrade on its 6-9 season record.
