December 29, 2022: Amarillo, TX 79102 The Tascosa Rebels basketball team (Amarillo, TX), was overwhelmed 72-50 in Thursday's non-league battle with the visiting Southlake Carroll Dragons (Southlake, TX)
The Dragons now possess a 14-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Keller Central for a 6A Region I District 4 battle on Tuesday, January 3. Southlake Carroll will battle a Chargers team coming off a 57-53 non-league loss to Mansfield Summit (Arlington, TX). The Chargers record now stands at 15-4.
The Rebels (10-10) will now prepare for their battle against Clovis (Clovis, NM). The Wildcats come into the non-league battle with a 8-5 record. In their last battle, Clovis trounced Lovington (Lovington, NM), 55-54, in a non-league battle.
