Minnesota High School Basketball - St. Cloud Tech can't hold off Stillwater
December 29, 2022: Stillwater, MN 55082 The Stillwater Ponies basketball team scored 64 points and held the visiting St. Cloud Tech Tigers to 60 in the Ponies non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Ponies now sport a 6-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Forest Lake for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 3. Stillwater will battle a Rangers team coming off a 52-44 non-league win over Richfield (Richfield, MN). The Rangers record now stands at 1-5.
The Tigers (2-4) will now prepare for their contest against St. Francis (St. Francis, MN). The Fighting Saints enter the non-league contest with a 2-4 record. In their last contest, St. Francis was nudged by Alexandria (Alexandria, MN), 73-51, in a non-league contest.
