Virginia High School Basketball - St. Peter's Prep topples St. Stephen's & St. Agnes
December 29, 2022: Alexandria, VA 22304 In Thursday's non-league outing, the St. Peter's Prep Marauders (Jersey City, NJ) basketball squad beat the host St. Stephen's & St. Agnes Saints (Alexandria, VA), by a count of 63-54.
The Marauders (3-2) will now prepare for their outing against Immaculate Conception (Montclair, NJ). The Lions go into the non-league outing with a 3-1 record. In their last outing, Immaculate Conception was topped by Ramapo (Franklin Lakes, NJ), 76-58, in a non-league outing.
The Saints now hold a 4-5 record. They play next when they travel to St. Albans for a Interstate Athletic outing on Wednesday, January 4. St. Stephen's & St. Agnes will clash with a Bulldogs squad coming off a 61-57 non-league loss to Bethesda-Chevy Chase (Bethesda, MD). The Bulldogs record now stands at 8-2.
