Arizona High School Basketball - American Leadership Academy nudges Higley

In Thursday's non-league outing, the American Leadership Academy Patriots (Queen Creek, AZ) basketball squad edged the host Higley Knights (Gilbert, AZ), by a margin of 44-37.

The Patriots (6-7) will now prepare for their outing against Arete Prep (Gilbert, AZ). The CHARGERS go into the non-league outing with a 9-3 record. In their last outing, Arete Prep was tipped by Coolidge (Coolidge, AZ), 51-36, in a non-league outing.

The Knights now own a 4-7 record. They play next when they host Casa Grande for a non-league outing on Thursday, December 29. Higley will clash with a Cougars squad coming off a 56-28 non-league loss to Holbrook (Holbrook, AZ). The Cougars record now stands at 5-5.
