Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Los Altos Conquerors (Hacienda Heights, CA) and the host Corona Panthers (Corona, CA), saw Los Altos's basketball squad wallop Corona by a count of 49-28.

With the victory, Los Altos upgrades its record to 8-4 on the campaign. The Conquerors travel to Pioneer (Whittier, CA) to play the Titans in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 30. The Titans come into the challenge with a record of 8-2. Pioneer won 65-35 in their recent non-league challenge against Millikan (Long Beach, CA)

Next up, the Panthers play the Roosevelt Mustangs (Eastvale, CA) in a Big VIII challenge, on Tuesday, January 3. Corona will attempt to upgrade on its 7-7 season record. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a 12-6 record after their 61-49 non-league loss to Owyhee (Meridian, ID).
