Minnesota High School Basketball - Forest Lake topped by Duluth East
December 29, 2022: Duluth, MN 55804 The Duluth East Greyhounds basketball team scored 63 points and restricted the visiting Forest Lake Rangers to 51 in the Greyhounds league victory on Thursday.
The Greyhounds now sport a 3-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Superior for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 3. Duluth East will battle a Spartans team coming off a 56-50 non-league win over Marshfield (Marshfield, WI). The Spartans record now stands at 10-1.
The Rangers (2-5) will now prepare for their contest against Stillwater (Stillwater, MN). The Ponies come into the non-league contest with a 6-1 record. In their last contest, Stillwater was defeated by White Bear Lake (White Bear Lake, MN), 76-69, in a league contest.
