Indiana High School Basketball - Eastern Greene topples Southwestern

In Thursday's non-league outing, the Eastern Greene Thunderbirds (Bloomfield, IN) basketball squad beat the visiting Southwestern Rebels (Hanover, IN), by a count of 63-47.

The Thunderbirds (10-4) will now prepare for their outing against Bloomington North (Bloomington, IN). The Cougars go into the non-league outing with a 11-5 record. In their last outing, Bloomington North defeated Northview (Brazil, IN), 46-33, in a non-league outing.

The Rebels now hold a 5-10 record. They play next when they travel to Martinsville for a non-league outing on Friday, December 30. Southwestern will clash with a Artesians squad coming off a 47-22 non-league loss to Trinity Lutheran (Seymour, IN). The Artesians record now stands at 0-14.
