Florida High School Basketball - Gaither tops Northeast
December 29, 2022: Tampa, FL 33618 Gaither Cowboys (Tampa, FL) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Northeast Vikings (St. Petersburg, FL), 36-19 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Gaither upgrades its record to 1-11 on the campaign. The Cowboys travel to Countryside (Clearwater, FL) to play the Cougars in a non-league bout on Friday, December 30. The Cougars come into the bout with a record of 6-5. Countryside won 47-37 in their recent non-league bout against Canterbury (St. Petersburg, FL)
Next up, the Vikings play the Canterbury Crusaders (St. Petersburg, FL) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 30. Northeast will attempt to upgrade on its 4-10 season record. The Crusaders come into the bout with a 3-5 record after their 47-37 non-league loss to Countryside (Clearwater, FL).
