The Rutherford Bulldogs basketball team scored 53 points and held the visiting Hackensack Comets to 40 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Bulldogs now sport a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lyndhurst for a non-league contest on Friday, January 6.
