The Chiefs now possess a 7-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Chaparral for a non-league battle on Wednesday, January 4. Mescalero Apache will confront a Lobos team coming off a 64-12 non-league loss to Roswell (Roswell, NM). The Lobos record now stands at 5-4.
The Warriors (6-5) will now prepare for their battle against Menaul (Albuquerque, NM). The Panthers come into the non-league battle with a 4-4 record. In their last battle, Menaul was toppled by Belen (Belen, NM), 38-24, in a non-league battle.
