The Wayne Country Day Chargers basketball team scored 63 points and restricted the visiting Kinston Vikings to 20 in the Chargers non-league victory on Thursday.

The Chargers now sport a 10-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Southern Wayne for a non-league contest on Friday, December 30. Wayne Country Day will battle a Saints team coming off a 41-30 non-league win over Farmville Central (Farmville, NC). The Saints record now stands at 7-2.
