Texas High School Basketball - Sterling City crushes McCamey
December 29, 2022: Sterling City, TX 76951 Sterling City Eagles (Sterling City, TX) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting McCamey Badgers (McCamey, TX), 46-18 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Sterling City upgrades its record to 8-9 on the campaign. The Eagles host Grady (Lenorah, TX) to play the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 29. The Wildcats come into the bout with a record of 7-3. Grady won 35-32 in their recent non-league bout against Brady (Brady, TX)
Next up, the Badgers play the Anthony Wildcats (Anthony, TX) in a 2A Region I District 6 bout, on Friday, January 13. McCamey will attempt to upgrade on its 4-7 season record.
