Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Shaler Area winner over Mohawk Area
December 29, 2022: Bessemer, PA 16112 The Shaler Area Titans (Pittsburgh, PA) basketball felled the host Mohawk Area Warriors (Bessemer, PA), 52-42 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Titans (8-2) will now prepare for their test against North Hills (Pittsburgh, PA). The Indians go into the WPIAL 5A 2 test with a 4-5 record. In their last test, North Hills was beaten by Highlands (Natrona Heights, PA), 52-38, in a non-league test.
The Warriors now own a 4-3 record. They play next when they travel to Beaver Falls for a WPIAL 3A 1 test on Thursday, January 5.
