The York Dukes basketball team scored 47 points and held the host Neuqua Valley Wildcats to 37 in the Dukes non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Dukes now sport a 11-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Charles East for a non-league contest on Friday, December 30. York will meet a Fighting Saints team coming off a 61-26 non-league loss to Nazareth Academy (LaGrange Park, IL). The Fighting Saints record now stands at 6-6.

The Wildcats (8-7) will now prepare for their contest against Waubonsie Valley (Aurora, IL). The Warriors enter the DuPage Valley contest with a 13-2 record. In their last contest, Waubonsie Valley ran past Downers Grove North (Downers Grove, IL), 50-44, in a non-league contest.
