Texas High School Basketball - Winters holds off New Way Christian Academy
December 29, 2022: Winters, TX 79567 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Winters Blizzards (Winters, TX) and the visiting New Way Christian Academy Eagles (Odessa, TX), saw Winters's basketball squad hold off New Way Christian Academy by a tally of 43-39.
With the victory, Winters improves its record to 6-14 on the campaign. The Blizzards travel to Colorado (Colorado City, TX) to confront the Wolves in a 2A Region I District 8 challenge on Friday, January 6. The Wolves come into the challenge with a record of 4-19.
