Arkansas High School Basketball - Sparkman can't hold off West Memphis
December 29, 2022: West Memphis, AR 72301 The West Memphis Blue Devils basketball team scored 56 points and restricted the visiting Sparkman Senators to 55 in the Blue Devils non-league victory on Thursday.
The Blue Devils now sport a 10-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Marion for a 5A East contest on Friday, January 6. West Memphis will battle a Patriots team coming off a 46-41 non-league loss to McKinney North (McKinney, TX). The Patriots record now stands at 3-11.
The Senators (14-5) will now prepare for their contest against Huntsville (Huntsville, AL). The Panthers come into the 7A Area 7 contest with a 12-7 record.
