California High School Basketball - Kennedy fells Wood
December 29, 2022: Sacramento, CA 95831 Kennedy Cougars (Sacramento, CA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Wood Wildcats (Vacaville, CA), 57-47 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Kennedy upgrades its record to 7-4 on the season. The Cougars travel to Burbank (Sacramento, CA) to play the Titans in a bout on Wednesday, January 4. The Titans go into the bout with a record of 10-7. Burbank lost 67-37 in their recent non-league bout against Vista del Lago (Folsom, CA)
Next up, the Wildcats play the Natomas Nighthawks (Sacramento, CA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 3. Wood will attempt to upgrade on its 6-8 season record. The Nighthawks go into the bout with a 1-9 record after their 39-30 non-league loss to Calaveras (San Andreas, CA).
