North Carolina High School Basketball - Richmond crushes Willow Spring
December 29, 2022: Fuquay-Varina, NC 27526 Richmond Raiders (Rockingham, NC) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Willow Spring Storm (Fuquay-Varina, NC), 63-26 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Richmond upgrades its record to 5-1 on the campaign. The Raiders host Hoke County (Raeford, NC) to play the Bucks in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 3. The Bucks come into the bout with a record of 1-6.
Next up, the Storm confront the Southeast Raleigh Bulldogs (Raleigh, NC) in a battle, on Wednesday, January 4. Willow Spring will attempt to improve on its 7-5 season record. The Bulldogs come into the battle with a 6-4 record after their 43-37 non-league win over Broughton (Raleigh, NC).
