The Rams now possess a 9-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to New Iberia for a 5A District 3 battle on Saturday, December 30. Acadiana will confront a Yellowjackets team coming off a 47-37 non-league win over St. Martinville (St. Martinville, LA). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 11-3.
The Hornets (7-4) will now prepare for their battle against Loreauville (Loreauville, LA). The Tigers come into the 2A District 8 battle with a 8-5 record. In their last battle, Loreauville was nudged by Lafayette (Lafayette, LA), 54-34, in a non-league battle.
