December 29, 2023: Bemidji, MN 56601 In Friday's non-league outing, the Bemidji Lumberjacks (Bemidji, MN) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Nashwauk-Keewatin Spartans (Nashwauk, MN), by a margin of 95-39.
The Lumberjacks (4-6) will now prepare for their outing against Denfeld (Duluth, MN). The Hunters go into the non-league outing with a 5-4 record. In their last outing, Denfeld was trounced by Jamestown (Jamestown, ND), 68-65, in a non-league outing.
The Spartans now own a 1-8 record. They play next when they host Northland for a A Section 7 outing on Tuesday, January 2. Nashwauk-Keewatin will clash with a Eagles squad coming off a 71-34 league loss to Chisholm (Chisholm, MN). The Eagles record now stands at 2-3.
