Texas High School Basketball - Brownfield tops Clarendon
December 29, 2023: Clarendon, TX 79226 Brownfield Cubs (Brownfield, TX) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Clarendon Broncos (Clarendon, TX), 55-42 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Brownfield upgrades its record to 13-6 on the campaign. The Cubs travel to Nazareth (Nazareth, TX) to play the Swifts in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 30. The Swifts come into the bout with a record of 4-6.
Next up, the Broncos play the Canyon Eagles (Canyon, TX) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 29. Clarendon will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record. The Eagles come into the bout with a 6-6 record after their 58-24 non-league win over Brownfield (Brownfield, TX).
