Kentucky High School Basketball - Kentucky Country Day nips Carroll
December 29, 2023: Louisville, KY 40241 Kentucky Country Day Bearcats (Louisville, KY) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Carroll Patriots (Dayton, OH), 46-45 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Kentucky Country Day upgrades its record to 6-3 on the campaign. The Bearcats travel to Fern Creek (Louisville, KY) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 16. The Tigers come into the bout with a record of 3-5.
Next up, the Patriots play the Archbishop Alter Knights (Kettering, OH) in a Greater Catholic - Central bout, on Friday, January 5. Carroll will attempt to upgrade on its 5-4 season record. The Knights come into the bout with a 7-1 record after their 41-39 non-league loss to John Carroll (Bel Air, MD).
