New Jersey High School Basketball - West Essex crushes Cedar Grove
December 29, 2023: North Caldwell, NJ 07006 West Essex Knights (North Caldwell, NJ) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Cedar Grove Panthers (Cedar Grove, NJ), 57-29 in a non-league bout.
With the win, West Essex upgrades its record to 3-3 on the season. The Knights host Orange (Orange, NJ) to play the Tornadoes in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 4. The Tornadoes go into the bout with a record of 1-4.
Next up, the Panthers confront the Newark Vocational Eagles (Newark, NJ) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 6. Cedar Grove will attempt to improve on its 3-3 season record.
