The Thornton Fractional South Red Wolves (Lansing, IL) basketball felled the visiting Crane Medical Cougars (Chicago, IL), 63-46 in Friday's non-league test.

The Red Wolves (6-8) will now prepare for their test against Lemont (Lemont, IL). The Lemont HS go into the South Suburban test with a 10-5 record. In their last test, Lemont was beaten by Lake Forest (Lake Forest, IL), 60-47, in a non-league test.

The Cougars now own a 10-6 record. They play next when they travel to Hansberry for a non-league test on Friday, January 5.
