Arizona High School Basketball - Desert Vista fells Sabino

Desert Vista Thunder (Phoenix, AZ) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Sabino Sabercats (Tucson, AZ), 74-55 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Desert Vista upgrades its record to 8-5 on the season. The Thunder travel to Buena (Sierra Vista, AZ) to clash with the Colts in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 30. The Colts go into the bout with a record of 10-4. Buena won 84-65 in their recent non-league bout against Sunnyside (Tucson, AZ)

Next up, the Sabercats clash with the Pueblo Warriors (Tucson, AZ) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 30. Sabino will attempt to upgrade on its 2-12 season record. The Warriors go into the bout with a 3-13 record after their 64-39 non-league loss to Rincon/University (Tucson, AZ).
