December 29, 2023: Milford Center, OH 43045 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Fairbanks Panthers (Milford Center, OH) and the visiting Grove City Christian Eagles (Grove City, OH), saw Fairbanks's basketball squad overcome Grove City Christian by a tally of 59-47.
With the victory, Fairbanks improves its record to 7-2 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Greenon (Springfield, OH) to play the Knights in a Ohio Heritage challenge on Tuesday, January 2. The Knights come into the challenge with a record of 2-5. Greenon lost 59-41 in their recent non-league challenge against Tecumseh (New Carlisle, OH)
Next up, the Eagles play the Miller Falcons (Corning, OH) in a Mid-State - Cardinal challenge, on Wednesday, January 3. Grove City Christian will attempt to improve on its 4-2 season record. The Falcons come into the challenge with a 3-5 record after their 67-52 non-league loss to Crooksville (Crooksville, OH).
