Tennessee High School Basketball - Lipscomb Academy crushes Franklin Road Academy
December 29, 2023: Nashville, TN 37204 Lipscomb Academy Mustangs (Nashville, TN) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Franklin Road Academy Panthers (Nashville, TN), 61-40 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Lipscomb Academy upgrades its record to 6-6 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Thompson (Alabaster, AL) to play the Warriors in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 30. The Warriors come into the bout with a record of 13-4. Thompson won 75-57 in their recent non-league bout against Durant (Plant City, FL)
Next up, the Panthers play the Durant Cougars (Plant City, FL) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 30. Franklin Road Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 5-7 season record. The Cougars come into the bout with a 9-3 record after their 75-57 non-league loss to Thompson (Alabaster, AL).
