December 29, 2023: Gordon, TX 76453 In Friday's non-league outing, the Gordon Longhorns (Gordon, TX) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Oglesby Tigers (Oglesby, TX), by a count of 65-23.
The Longhorns (6-3) will now prepare for their outing against Lipan (Lipan, TX). The Indians go into the non-league outing with a 12-3 record. In their last outing, Lipan smashed Martins Mill (Ben Wheeler, TX), 41-38, in a non-league outing.
The Tigers now hold a 1-2 record. They play next when they host Mount Calm for a 1A Region IV District 25 outing on Friday, January 5.
