Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Governor Mifflin overwhelms Red Land
December 29, 2023: Lewisberry, PA 17339 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Governor Mifflin Mustangs (Shillington, PA) and the host Red Land Patriots (Lewisberry, PA), saw Governor Mifflin's basketball squad wallop Red Land by a tally of 59-37.
With the victory, Governor Mifflin improves its record to 5-5 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Blue Mountain (Schuylkill Haven, PA) to play the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 2. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 8-0. Blue Mountain won 55-51 in their recent non-league challenge against Wyomissing (Wyomissing, PA)
Next up, the Patriots play the Hershey Trojans (Hershey, PA) in a Mid-Penn - Keystone challenge, on Friday, January 5. Red Land will attempt to improve on its 8-4 season record.
