Missouri High School Basketball - Howell Central overwhelms Hannibal
December 29, 2023: St. Charles, MO 63304 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Howell Central Spartans (St. Charles, MO) and the visiting Hannibal Pirates (Hannibal, MO), saw Howell Central's basketball squad wallop Hannibal by a tally of 67-32.
With the victory, Howell Central improves its record to 3-3 on the campaign. The Spartans travel to Fort Zumwalt South (St. Peters, MO) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, January 3. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 7-2. Fort Zumwalt South won 46-41 in their recent non-league challenge against Troy-Buchanan (Troy, MO)
Next up, the Pirates play the Marshall Owls (Marshall, MO) in a North Central Missouri challenge, on Thursday, January 4. Hannibal will attempt to improve on its 3-7 season record.
