Pennsylvania High School Basketball - South Shore edges Imhotep Charter
December 29, 2023: Philadelphia, PA 19138 The South Shore Vikings (Brooklyn, NY) basketball nipped the host Imhotep Charter Panthers (Philadelphia, PA), 39-36 in Friday's non-league test.
The Vikings (7-4) will now prepare for their test against Harlan County (Harlan, KY). The Black Bears go into the non-league test with a 12-2 record. In their last test, Harlan County was tipped by Kell (Marietta, GA), 93-68, in a non-league test.
The Panthers now own a 7-2 record. They play next when they host Sankofa Freedom Academy for a Philadelphia Public - Independence test on Tuesday, January 2. Imhotep Charter will encounter a Warriors squad coming off a 54-41 non-league win over East New York Family Academy (Brooklyn, NY). The Warriors record now stands at 7-5.
