Tennessee High School Basketball - Johnson Central ripped by Memphis University
December 29, 2023: Memphis, TN 38119 The Memphis University Owls basketball team scored 80 points and held the visiting Johnson Central Golden Eagles to 43 in the Owls non-league triumph on Friday.
The Owls now sport a 13-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Briarcrest Christian for a Division II-AA West contest on Tuesday, January 9.
The Golden Eagles (6-3) will now prepare for their contest against Fairview (Ashland, KY). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 4-11 record. In their last contest, Fairview was routed by Raceland (Raceland, KY), 81-60, in a non-league contest.
